Kinja'd!!!

Here's a bit of a size comparison.

It's not even as if the TT is a big car. I've seen lots of pics of GT6s being !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , but having one dwarfed by a TT is something else.

DAMN thats one BIG TT.

I would love to see this parked nest to something actually big, like a Phantom or something of hilarious proportions.

A pair of big TTs is fine by me, but one big TT gets a bit awkward...

I made out with a girl who had one TT that was a cup and a half bigger than the other TT. It is a bit awkward.

Had a Lotus Elan next to my WRX last summer...felt like I was in some Trophy TRuck.

There's very little that size left outside of the US, either.

I hate those dual size cup holders in the TT...

They make adapters so they all balance out. Right up until you go for a reach and it all falls apart. Then you're left sitting there wondering if you've been lied to. And that just ruins the whole date.

Yea but if you adapt the smaller one to match the larger one, then the smaller one usually ends up looking odd.

Yes shouldn't it be up to me if I want to endanger my life in the name of a more pure driving experience, and better MPGs.

Not if it is well hidden. Now it definitely feels weird. But you can disguise it on appearances quite easily.

They're dead pretty much anywhere. I think Japan with it's Kei cars and the developing world with their dinky little runabouts are the only places left.

Enthusiasts, sadly, are in a minority for this. A combination of watchdogs, consumers who have died piloting those kind of cars, and market preference has led to the bloated cars of late. It's as if they're trying to make metal pillows, forgetting that teaching how to drive safely should be a priority, instead enforcing "safer" cars with gadgets designed to cushion everything around.

Only clever engineering could save us now.

There's a MkIV Spitfire that parks near me. One day there was a Smart ForTwo towering over it ... should have got a pic.

That kid on the right seems to be as tall as the height of the Spit, LOL. But the picture with the TT makes it far more clear how small these great Triumphs were. Lowest thing I ever sat in was a Lotus Europe: standing next to a truck you could see the inner-top of it's wheels!
